Basics Birding Seahurst Park
A Spring Outdoor Experience
Kevin O’Malley lead naturalist and birder at South Sound Nature School will be teaching a birding basics class for beginners & intermediate birders wanting to further their knowledge about birding. Class will focus on bird language, behavior, habitats, nests & bird tracks. Birding is a fascinating recreational activity and you will learn to talk about what your hearing & seeing. Seahurst Park has both forest and ocean habitats which leads to a great bird diversity. Binoculars are recommended but not required. These small classes will be geared towards ages 16 years and up. Classes will be $30 per class & if you sign up for both $50. You can pay in check or cash but you must register and can email me at email@example.com. Maximum 8 participants.
